Do you require a security deposit?

To reserve a short-term furnished apartment, a $100.00 dollar deposit must be submitted. This then becomes your security deposit when you move in. Deposits for unfurnished apartments vary depending on the lease agreement that is executed.

How are security deposit refunds handled ?

Upon termination of an apartment occupancy, a 1plusrentals.com 'Check-Out' list will be provided for tenant completion. This 'Check-Out' list will included instructions to provide the address of where we are to send your security deposit. Deposits are usually mailed within 7-10 days.

Do you require a Lease Agreement?

Yes. Rental and/or lease agreements are executed for each tenant whether they stay for just one week or longer. These agreements define, in writing, all the provisions that have been agreed upon by 1plusrentals.com and the tenant. An example of these provisions are the rental rate, the utilities, and other services that are included. It also spells out the obligations that we have to you as tenant.

Can we stay for just one or two weeks or must we stay for a month?

Yes. For the convenience of our temporary and short term tenants, our rental agreements can be set up for as short as one week. As an example, an apartment lease can be scheduled for a one week tenancy with provisions for a daily rate that would allow extending beyond the original week.

How can I arrange to view an apartment?

We can be reached by calling (866)844-0731 or (920)794-8821, 24/7 to schedule an appointment. Appointments to view apartments can be scheduled most times of day or evening and we are available on weekends. For those that are out of town, we forward descriptions and pictures to you via email or over the Internet

Do you allow pets?

Yes. However, restrictions may apply in some apartments or houses. Contact us for specific details.

Do your Short-Term rental agreements include telephones?

Yes. There are telephones in the room. However, you will need to set up your local and long distance account with the phone company of your choice before you will be able to use them.

Do your apartments offer cable TV service?

Yes. There are television sets in each furnished apartment. However, you will need to set up a Cable TV account with the cable company of your choice before you will be able to use cable TV. Over-the-air TV service is included in the rent.

Do your apartments offer satellite TV service?

Yes. There are DISH Network Satellite provisions in most furnished apartments. However, you will need to bring your own receiver to receive the signal by using your own DISH Network account. An option would be to rent one of our DISH Network receivers

Do your apartments offer DSL Internet service?

Yes. DSL Internet service is available in our apartments. However, you will need to contact the Network provider to activate your account.
