This then becomes part of your security deposit along with another $100.00 when you move in. Deposits for unfurnished apartments vary depending on the lease agreement that is executed. Back to TopHow are security deposit refunds handled ?Upon termination of an apartment occupancy, a 1plusrentals.com 'Check-Out' list will be provided for tenant completion. This 'Check-Out' list will included instructions to provide the address of where we are to send your security deposit. Deposits are usually mailed within 7-10 days. Back to TopDo you require a Lease Agreement?Yes. Rental and/or lease agreements are executed for each tenant whether they stay for just one week or longer. These agreements define, in writing, all the provisions that have been agreed upon by 1plusrentals.com and the tenant. An example of these provisions are the rental rate, the utilities, and other services that are included. It also spells out the obligations that we have to you as tenant. For the convenience of our temporary and short term tenants, our rental agreements can be set up for as short as one week. As an example, an apartment lease can be scheduled for a one week tenancy with provisions for a daily rate that would allow extending beyond the original week. Appointments to view apartments can be scheduled most times of day or evening and we are available on weekends. There are telephones in the room. However, you will need to set up your local and long distance account with the phone company of your choice before you will be able to use them. Back to TopDo your apartments offer cable TV service?Yes. There are HDTV television sets in each furnished apartment. However, you will need to set up a Cable TV account with the cable company of your choice before you will be able to use cable TV. Over-the-air TV service is included in the rent. Back to TopDo your apartments offer satellite TV service?Yes. There are DISH Network Satellite provisions in most furnished apartments.
